Please bear in mind that we will still have to enter your details into our system, so registrations will not be active for 3-4 working days.
If you need to be seen urgently, having just submitted your registration, please let us know and we can get your details onto the system as a matter of urgency.
If you do not live within our boundaries, you may still apply to register with us, as an Out of Area patient.
