Prescriptions
Prescriptions will usually be ready for collection within 48 hours of the written request (excluding weekends and bank/local holidays). We ask you to collect your prescription within 72 hours but not less than 48 hours. Bearing in mind that the door opening and closing times. Two days later your prescription should be ready for collection.
Appointments
Only the doctor will book patients to be seen face to face. Please note, any appointments booked online are for Phone Consultations; the time you are called may not be the exact time you booked.
