As part of your care, the GP, Nurse, or Healthcare Assistant may need to ask you to go for some blood tests. To help patients avoid longer waiting times, we are using a new system called Swiftqueue. It is simple to use, and there is help and advice available on a dedicated web page.
For patients who cannot access the internet, the practice staff are able to book a slot for you, and slots can also be booked by phone or email.

UCLH phlebotomy department is introducing Swiftqueue, an appointment system that enables patients, and GPs who refer patients, to book blood tests online.
