“Fantastic responsive and empathetic doctors. I am able to book the same Doctor so there is continuity. Dr S has been brilliant at a point of complete overwhelm early this year, things are much more manageable and I’m working through some smaller but longstanding health issues now with support in place for some bigger life issues that were overwhelming if not addressed. Previously dr Nott was also very good .
Reception are also really great, good to see some who have been with the practice a long time and always calm and welcoming despite a stream of people they are always dealing with whenever I have visited. Thankyou all!”

“I’ve been a patient at this GP since I was young, 30 years +. I’ve always thought we were lucky to have such a good service. However, just recently the service has reduced considerably. It’s quite shocking how bad it is now. The admin seems to be the root cause + lack of appointment and Dr availability. It’s also impossible to have any consistency ie seeing the same GP on a follow-up appointment which is so important. Hence a disjointed approach to treatment. Please try to improve and return to the good service you once provided”
